I can only think of one of Howard Dean's vets (Tammy Duckworth) who has won so far. And in her case, the moonbats got so pissed off at the party's support of her instead of their nutbar candidate that a lot of them are going to sit out the general in November.
If Yarmuth wins the Democrat primary, Republican Anne Northup will almost certainly win the general election.
Yarmuth is by far the more far-Left candidate. No way he beats Anne in the general. I live in Louisville and the silent majority is conservative, despite the quite vocal moonbat squadron who back Yarmuth.
