We will be protesting against Bill Clinton This Friday night starting at 6PM at the entrance to the Palmer Event Center located on 900 Barton Springs Road. There should be plenty of parking room inside the parking garage at the Palmer Events Center, that place is huge.

Clinton is in town to give a fundraising speech at 7:30 PM for the Center for Public Priorities, a liberal group that lobbies for bigger government. We will meet at the entrance to the Palmer Event Center on Barton Springs Road across from Vinny's Cafe and the Austin Tricyclist. We will have super visibility as all the guests come in and many of them will be arriving early so we need to be there early, also.

This is going to be a HUGE fundraiser with a lot of top rich Democratic donors there. Bring any sign you like. Hopefully we will give media interviews if we can. Also, the next day, Saturday May 20th, Bill will be giving a commencement address at the LBJ School at 11AM and I will go there, nicely dressed, and work all the media trucks as I get out an anti-Clinton, anti-Hillary '08 message.

Sounds like a great FReep! May I suggest having printouts of the Juanita Broaddrick Dateline Interview transcripts to hand out?

Another way that all FReepers may be able to help out is to email the Broaddrick interview transcipt text to various Austin reporters, liberals and politicians to ask them what they think of it between now and his arrival. We could say where we sent them here to avoid repeating ourselves and post funny replies here, too. I started by sending one to the Austin PD sexual predator dept and also one to Channel 8 news. What other places in Austin can we think of to email or fax a copy?
