The series where they blocked traffic, went the speed limit on the freeway in the left lane, etc.? I saw bits of it not the whole thing but I am sure you could get some interesting video from any state if you drove around like that.

Yeah, everybody is afraid to drive the speed limit because it's daylight. If you go the speed limit, you are honked at and given the finger.

If a road is always slow during rush-hour, the rubes up here in MPLS always drive slow- because that's what they always do. Drive slow and wait in line. they love traffic jams: more time to wait in line. it's crazy.

Signs ought to say "Speed Limit 55 Unless You're From Minnesota" - at least that's how Minnesotans interpret them when they drive the rural roads of Wisconsin.
