365,000 a year sounds like a lot but it's only 0.000056% of the worlds population. I think the common cold kills far, far, far, far more people then that world wide.

If guns have indeed started killing people without anyone pulling the trigger I for one think those guns should be brought to justice and to a research lab pronto!
