Why should we be concerned with what Mexico thinks of our border plans? We should emulate the immigration policies of Mexico. They only want PhDs with a lot of $$ to immigrate to Mexico. If you are poor and need a job stay out of Mexico, please. Do not think of owning property or exercising your right to free speech; there is none of that in Mexico.
