That would be to send them back were they came from; where they can start their application to enter this country legally, at the nearest American Embassy.

But the President told us that is not the way it is going to be. There is going to be a program of naturalization for aliens. Congress will soon pass a law detailing the procedures for naturalization. Either you operate within the framework of law or you stand outside it. We are all going to have to make a decision either we support the President and the new law or we don't support him. I support him and I will support the new law when it is passed by Congress.

Yep.

There is no reason that even a single person that entered or stayed illegaly -- regardless of how long they've been here -- should be allowed to stay and begin the legal process. They all need to go home first.
