Ping to the D.C. Chapter and others.
It is great to see IraqiKurd out there. He's the best.
But with him holding the "I nailed Joe Wilson's wife" sign, it just doesn't have the same effect.
I hope he doesn't get in all the trouble I got in when the photo go out all over the Internet. I had people from my church emailing, wondering what that sign was all about. And I only held it for about 60 seconds in the first place, just long enough for a photo. But that photo... Heck, my boss saw it too. Oh my. Kristinn still kicks me around once in a while for holding a sign someone handed me. I'm not going to let Dr. Raoul talk me into anything ever again! :)
We had good teachers. But thanks.
I'm not sure how the sign got into our bags. But Iraqikurd found it. You are right that its not the same as you holding it, so maybe the impact won't be the same, and the reaction will be "quieter". Now that Kristinn knows whose bags it is in, maybe he'll pull it out. If not, its here when you come back. :-))
I didn't know your pic made it around the internet. You are a celebrity!!!
Iraqikurd knows FReeper rules of Verbal Engagement. Good thing our troops don't have to fight by them.
[Mr] T
Great work.
I've been thinking about Freeping the CIA.
Is their any way one could get a demonstration permit along their main entrance road in Langley?
I'd like to set up a little handout table, above which would be a banner sporting the handouts (a bullseye target) reading ''FREE to CIA Employees to pin on the back of our soldiers''.
And lots of signs reading stuff like:
''Thanks for missing the WTC Bombing I''
''Thanks for missing India's A-Bomb''
''Thanks for missing the Riyadh bombing''
''Thanks for missing the Khobar Tower bombing''
''Thanks for missing the Kenya embassy bombing''
''Thanks for missing the Tanzania embassy bombing''
''Thanks for missing Pakistan's A-Bomb''
''Thanks for missing the USS Cole bombing''
''Thanks for bombing the Chinese embassy''
''CIA (heart) Osama''
etcetera.
And bullhorns, with Freepers chanting:
''Hey, hey, CIA, how many leaks did you spread today?''
Would this be possible?
I'd love to participate.
How about a sign that reads, "Karl Rove...Boo!" ?
You two can have this thread. I'm calling it a day.
[Mr] T
Not sure I'd go his route, but the idea of giving the CIA a raspberry sounds good.
And you've been smoking what, exactly?
You guys are getting better and better at these AARs!!!!! Wonderful job and great pics with [Mrs] new camera!
Can we repost the "Indict This!" pic? (you're just tooooo photogenic!)
Actually, the main road leading into the Langley compound is a public road that gets quite congested during rush hours.
I'd love to see a lot of CIA employees, stewing in traffic, get the rasberry for what's gone on there. The idea is to fire up the loyal rank and file patriots in the CIA against their disloyal supervisors who leak national security secrets to the press.
Does the thought of that bother you?
And no, I wouldn't expect CIA employees to stop and get the bullseye targets. I'd expect them to say to each other ''WTF !!??!!??--we've got to do something to get rid our idiot supervisors who are undermining the War on Terror in order to trash Bush.''
Does that sound like a bad idea to you?
Clearly, something has to be done to shake up the CIA. If Porter Goss (or anyone else) can't do it from top down, maybe it's time to motivate those in the Agency to do it from the bottom up.
The real question is what has the CIA been smoking lately? Other than their dismal failures of predicting the fall of the Soviet Union, the invasion of Kuwait by Iraq and all of the other stuff I listed above, they have been spectacularly successful at undermining the war on Islamofascists by leaking national security secrets to The Washington Post and The New York Times.
Maybe I should send them a Teddygram?
It did not take Mrs.T long to figure out that fancy camera! Excellent photos! Now, about those batteries. ;*)
In 1992, a pakistani went up to the main entrance during morning rush and pulled out a gun and started shooting the people waiting for the light to turn into the CIA main entrance.
Or to answer your question, NO WAY.
Don't forget the cheese to have with all the whine.
Thanks for the ping! Kudos to both [Mr] and [Mrs] T! Great job on the photos and the AAR!
Pick up a box of red, white, and blue Photoshop arrows from Walmart, and I can retire!
- iMacMan
With close ups and super cropping by the "most excellent" iMacMan and with [Mrs] T's new toy (she's still learning photo shopping), it will be easy to write a good thread now. It's a real learning experience for [Mrs] T with instructions a quarter inch thick, and they're all in English for a change.
With both of them having close up capabilities, one can rest a little and hold a sign while the other clicks away. Look out pinkos, you are going to be constantly watched now.
But as good as the camera is, it doesn't operate on dead or uncharged batteries, as Justa hints to in a later post.
I think I'll let someone else post Spiff's pic, I have done enough 'damage' already.
[Mr] T
Besides, even if there is only half a percent of the employees that are disgruntled, they can do a lot of damage to the CIAs capability and the president's WOT.
And don't forget the maggot Clinton's. They sure didn't help the situation.
Any one know if CIA employees belong to a Union. That could explain a lot.
The CIA needs to get better, but your idea is not going to do it.
