The trial produced little hard evidence against the defendants, leaving jurors to decide whom to believe.

Which means that both will certainly be convicted, given current public attitudes.

The Prosecutor is accusing Lay & Skilling of committing crimes????!!!!??? Oh my Gosh, this is shocking news!!!!! (Do you think people at AP actually read the things they put out before they hit the 'send' button?)
