Speech concluded.

Good talk about border security up front. I liked some of what he said. The "guest worker" proposal and his please-pretend-it-isn't-amnesty amnesty went over like a lead balloon here. He's changed his language a bit, but he's still trying to put lipstick on a pig and dress it up and telling us it isn't a pig. Amnesty is amnesty. Rewarding criminals is rewarding criminals. Our laws are still now being enforced and the solution is not to just declare the criminals to be "legal". He says we must enforce our laws, says we should deport those caught at the border and those who came here recently, but then he says that we shouldn't enforce those laws against and should excuse the criminals who have been here for a long time and done things like bought a house.
