That is an absolutely unacceptable concept.
I see hundreds of illegal Guatamalan, Honduran and Mexican iron workers and drywall piece workers on construction sites getting paid what Americans got paid 20 years ago.
And its not the construction companies who are pocketing the diffrenece, they have to bid based on illegal wage scales or lose the job to a competitor using illegals.
It is the developers who pocket the difference and it most certainly does not get passed down to the buyer.
