Laughable. Who is going to bell the cat? Do we really expect the illegals to disclose their whereabouts to the USG and submit to background investigations, which entail not only police checks in the US but also in their country of origin? Does anyone appreciate the size of the bureaurcacy that is necessary to administer this system for up to 20 million illegals and the millions more who come in legally? We currently have backlogs of years just for those coming in legally now. This is a giant sham.
You should get together with the others who oppose this who say there is no jobs americans can't do. If there's no jobs americans can't do, then certainly we can do the job of policing a guest worker program.
It's got to be easier than capturing and deporting 12 million, or 20 million,people.
