Reagan '86/Bush '06, there is no comparison

President Bush:I believe that illegal immigrants who have roots in our country and want to stay should have to pay a meaningful penalty for breaking the law, to pay their taxes, to learn English, and to work in a job for a number of years I believe that illegal immigrants.... Ah, but to have them wait in line behind those who FOLLOWED THE LAW would require them to GO HOME. I see nothing that implies he means they will be deported. In fact, he said they will NOT be deported to that "end of the line". You, sir, were not paying attention to the man. I was. Indeed. One made a mistake. There is no increase in green cards. There is no increase in citizenship. They must move to the back of the line. There is no comparison between Reagan '86 and Bush '06. Reagan's was worse, it's common knowledge that it was and you haven't demonstrated otherwise.
