Put fences in some areas and use Technology for the rest.

The problem is that the technology could be ignored by those who don't want the border to be closed.

Wow..I still can't get over that we are closing our borders...I'm feeling really old seeing this historic event unfold.

How could the Border control ignore that technology. I mean it would be under there jurisdiction.
