What victory, partial or otherwise? The only new thing in the speech was sending some unarmed National Guard troops to help the Border Patrol shuffle paper. The more appropriate headline would be "More Mush from the Wimp."

Perhaps some of you people should have been more vocal about these problems 5, 10, 20 and 25 years ago.

But this is explicitly not true. There was clear and overt mention of and ending of catch and release.
