Like I said, if they want to support them with their own resources, that's up to them (it's not my money).

But if it provides the Iranian people (most of whom disagree with the leadership) with better living standards, it might help provide them the strength to revolt from within.

All of the bluster you hear from the Iranian leadership is a desperate attempt to create cohesion within Iran by defining an enemy against whom the population can unite - this is indication that Iran's leadership is losing control of the populace.

This is an opening that can be used against the leadership.

Or you can call me names, either way is fine with me.

Remember the oil for food program that was supposed to provide a better life for the Iraqis? Remember how well it worked?
