Remember:
1. Price of crude goes up - Gas prices go up 20% more than cost instantly
2. Price of crude remains constant - Gas prices go up 10% in anticipation of crude going up soon
3. Price of crude goes down - gas prices remain steady encase the price of crude goes back up
4. Price of crude continues to fall or remains down - Gas prices fall 1/2 of the percentage crude price fell over a period of several weeks
