Will we deport any illegal alien after a date certain, when we do not even know when the aliens who are here have arrived in the first place?

In addition to enforcing existing laws, what I would support would be something that basically says after a certain date (I think 6 months is plenty of time) anyone caught illegally in this country (visa overstays included) will NEVER be allowed to come back into the US legally, for any reason, including any future guest worker programs, and will never be eligible for a green card. In addition, no one can apply for work visas from inside the US if they are not already here legally. I think this little proviso would have those who really just want to come here to work stampeding back to their home countries.
