He keeps insulting Americans and praising foreigners. I can't figure out why he does that.
Bush has turned out to be an elitest. As with his liberal brethren, they disdain the middle class but love the ignorant, poor and dependent. The middle class is too independent and threatening to their power so why not destroy it?
