We could boot them out...but the concern is one of violent open warfare on the streets. The political class does not have the stomach right now to deal with the violence that certainly would occur....the Mexicans will fight!
Listen the legal Mexicans and many of the seasonal illegal immigrants are basicaly law abiding people. They can be rounded up and deported normaly.
