Chris Matthews all but said the same thing on Thursday. Said that he was almost sure that Rove would be indicted on Friday, because that is when Libby got his.
I thought then that there was something fishy going on.
It has been said over and over that Rove is not the target. I always thought that the target was hardly ever called on th testify to the grand jury.

I think the target is always called before the grand jury. It is the grand jury that indicts, not the prosecutor, and they can't indict without hearing testimony.
