im thinking the speech tonight will not help, as Bush will not be announcing the building of a wall.
well placing troops on the border is a start and if you read between the lines of some of the remarks it appears that the NG "may" be constructing fencing...remains to be seen.
but I've been saying for years the NG and other military could be doing their training at the borders.
