I know a bunch of gay couples with kids. None of the kids are gay. If it's a learned behavior, the kids are slow learners.

I think they are BIG into indoctrination. Like drug abuse, if the parents do it, most often the kids will as well.

They have to indoctrinate -- they wouldn't "increase" otherwise.

Viewed this way, the practice seems parasitic to a healthy family and hence a healthy state. I'm sure it's been said a thousand times before in a thousand different societies.

It is not discriminatory to deny homosexuals the right to marry. Homosexuals are afforded exactly the same right as heterosexuals; they can marry one person of the opposite sex. Homosexuals enjoy full citizenship rights; they can vote, own or transfer property, name life insurance beneficiaries, and grant medical power of attorney, among other rights. Marriage has been understood and defined for centuries and throughout civilization as the union between a man and a woman, instituted for the continuance of life and to best protect and provide for children. Government and society grant benefits and protection to a man and a woman in marriage because of their biological potential to bear and effectively raise the next generation. Even childless couples or infertile couples always have the potential to procreate. Homosexual couplings always do not. If societies deviate from the standard of marriage as a child-based institution, they open the door to any kind of marriage. When homosexuals are not allowed to marry each other, they suffer no more discrimination than do bigamists, polygamists, or people who wish to marry children.

I further believe it will be proved that indoctrination and abuse are the most major factors when adopted kids of gays will be found to have higher instances of being gay compared to what is found in heterosexual couples who adopted.

I remember reading something somewhere that said adoptees of gay couples were very slightly more likely to be gay then the general average but the number was something really small.

The reason I remember that, is because that same study found a boatload of assorted problems for kids who lived with gay families, i.e. drug use, depression, suicide, problems with the law, etc.

Well, that's one of the signs. Another sign is ownership of at least two Bob Marley albums.

Now that you mention it, I've seen lesbians who actually look like Bob Vila. Maybe it's intentional. Hmmmm.

FNC does the story about Mary Cheny's "look at me the homosexual" THEN they do a story about adoption....

Your conclusion has in fact ALREADY has been demonstrated.

There was a study of over 200 lesbians out of New Zealand. If found that to be the exact fact.

I think the book was timed specifically to be a hit piece on the federal marriage amendment. We need this amendment to over rule all the judges and take this issue out of the hands of the American Bar Association.

You're a real hoot! You should do a thread: "Durasell's charged and ready!" Share your observations about various things.

You've got a Steven-Wright-like sense of humor.

I believe you get beat up by both lesbians and gay guys for owning barry manilow. Best to hide it in a Frampton Comes Alive sleeve, nobody'll look in there.

Seriously tho, do you get the feeling that some people would support Edwards and Kerry and their psycho beast ways of campaigning than agree with Mary Cheney?

While I am not for gay marriage, I don't think the Constitution should be used this way either. The Constitution should only restrict the power of the government, not the rights of people.

That needs to be said again. In bold.
