I'm not sure this is the right place for this post, but here goes.
Has anyone but my wife and I been denied the right to vote in Kentucky Primary Elections because we registered as Independent?
I was told today that I cannot vote because I am listed as "other" rather than Democrat or Republican.
This seems like an unconstitutional act to me, blocking my right to exercise my franchise to vote. Please let me hear from you if this has happened to you, maybe there is something we can do about it if we all unite.
Thanks

I agree with your assessment of the 2nd District race. Thanks for contributing to the thread. From the turnouts at today's polls, along with the lack of interest in the Kentucky Primaries on this website, apparently there aren't too many people who care about the elective process anymore.
A sad state of affairs. I have a daughter who now lives in Cincinnati who called twice this evening for results at the local level. Too bad more are not that concerned.
It's better known as voter apathy as result of the lying weasels that have taken control of the GOP.
Most faithful Republicans are sick and tired of the Party taking sides in primaries against legit challengers.
We are in for a real ass kicking by the Dems come November.
November 2008 is not going to be any better!
