I agree about the Media won the PR battle on Katrina. Blame the local and State people for the disaster aftermath, the State is and was too corrupt to properly plan,execute and pay for their own solutions on their own State Problems. Coming from an area in Florida that has had 4 Hurricane hits in two years, we cannot begin to understand the incredible whining and incompetence ,and now ripping off the government with wasteful,foolish giveaways.

samantha, after Katrina all the broadcast & cable networks' news coverage rationgs fell 5% to 20% [that includes Fox too].

Would you believe H&C fall to No.4 & at times No.5? Also, sometimes Brit, Fox Report & Gibson beat FNS.

It is a travesty, but the perception of FEMA ineptitude has been stamped on the public.

Conservatives should never forget the power of biased reporting by the MSM. Even Fox didn't help on Katrina.
