Newt usually seems to do better than is reported. I don't know if it's him or how he's portrayed by everyone. When I watch him he's not as bad as others say he is. Newt does have a problem in making sure he's not "mis" understood more than understood.

I like Newt but realistically he would have a tough time getting elected. The drivebys would by extra ammo and shoot up the town big time to keep him out.
But maybe homeland security or something like that who knows?
