The only reason anybody would want to go back to the 90s is for the economy, and today's economy is stronger than the 90s.

The perception of a strong economy is not there. A lot of voters in their 30s and 40s will only see high gas prices and a country mired in a seemingly endless war. These voters will remember fondly the 1990s when opportunity appeared boundless.

Hillary is despised, and, if she's fooling nobody now, she won't be able to fool anybody then.

On Free Republic, certainly. Outside of this blessed forum, Hillary has strategically positioned herself as a centrist in the eyes of many voters. It would be best not to delude ourselves. The Clintons are excellent opportunists.

She's not much of a speaker. Have you noticed that?

She needn't say a word. Her husband will do all the talking.

Which would only point out her incompetence. I don't think she has a chance. In fact, I'm one of those who isn't convinced that Hillary will be the nominee.
