But watch out for neaby UNC Ashville... very 'artsy'...
Also, just so ya know... many years ago there was a 'Black Hills College'. This college was run by artists, poets, etc... a TRUE left wing bastion. Berzerkley was like a monestary in comparison. But don't worry, it's been defunct for many years now. Lots of great folk art in that area. World class gem and mineral hunting too. Great music too!
