If you have undercover or black operations then you are going to have "secret" flights. You are not going to reveal them, you are going to mask them some way as some other kind of traffic.

This is just about the most stupid story I've ever seen. Apparently the writer hasn't ever heard of the concept of re-fueling or of FAA regs. Airliners are not set up for mid-air refueling. It's a long way from the mid east to Cuba and a/c are required to have enough fuel to divert to another site for emergency purposes.
