Perhaps you missed class the day your Social Studies teacher explained that we operation on a capitalistic system here in the USA.

Business is the business of this country. Government doesn't own the capital producing businesses here. That would be something else....socialism.

Is that what you want? Socialism? Here in the USA, business is king. Business provides the jobs, and through the generation of capital and the taxation of that capital, provides every darned thing we use, like roads, etc.

Thank goodness.

That said, Big Business has changed significantly in the past 50 years. Today, you would never see major industries shutting down to assist in a war effort the way auto manufacturers and others did during WWII. And, unfortunately, through lobbyists, major corporations and pressure groups, ranging from the Sierra Club to AARP, control the government.

I know all about the capitalistic system. I've been a small business owner for many years! I'm also smart enough to understand what the government is doing to us. Pity that you aren't!

Funny that you're trying to tell a business woman about what businesses provide for America/Americans! I'm VERY aware what we do for America/Americans. Believe it or not, small businesses are the backbone of America!

That's EXACTLY what I DON'T want.

NOT big businesses, small businesses are!! When our government destroys the middle class, (and they are), we will become another socialist hell hole like Mexico, or perhaps like Canada or Europe are. Now that we have become "the Americas" we will have open borders with a socialist country and a third world hell hole, and along the way, we will have lost our sovereignty!

So, if you think these call centers aren't signaling amnesty, you should go back outside and play in the sand box, and pretend that everything is alright! Just because you don't believe it, doesn't mean it's hysteria. It just means that at some point in the future you are in for a rude awakening.
