I never watch Oprah. Got better things to do.
To: beaversmom
Oprah is only rich. Other than that, I don't want to be anything like her.

Why is he discussing Goddess Oprah? There is an article out that she is considered by millions of Americans to be America's spiritual leader.
To: beaversmom
Just tuned in. It should be interesting to hear why Oprah is a "spiritual leader". Gag me!

Oprah is a smart businesswoman....
she had a better idea and ran with it.
If she was a conservative no one would know her name.

First caller was a 23 year old female that watches Oprah everyday and gets inspiration from her.
To: beaversmom
Hasn't she been that to her loyal viewers for yrs already?

Hopefully she doesn't pull an L. Ron Hubbard...

She was a piece of work. She wasn't making much sense at all and Mike is such a nice guy he could have really made her look bad quickly. When he read the topics of the week for Oprah and he pressed her for which one gave her spiritual guidance, I laughed out loud.
I know many women of all ages who are as wide eyed and dimwitted as that caller. I know many men like that, too.

Thanks for the stream links. None of the local stations carry Medved and I think he's far more entertaining than Limbaugh or Hannity.

At a sidewalk cafe in Chicago about 10 years ago - having lunch with a female co-worker - Oprah and her body guards walk past - co-worker says "Look! There's Oprah" Pause.. then she says "Look. She's staring at your french fries!"

I'm here but was hoping for a topic of substance. He does way too much culture junk.

You know she easily could. I think some of these doe eyed Stepford wives out there would follow her off a cliff.
