I believe many people would volunteer. Further since it is primarily guard duty you could recruit people from 18 to 65. Good idea.....we can start the recruitment right here on FR....a lot of freepers have been spewing about the Guard on the border for weeks, I'm sure they will be more than happy to volunteer for the duty..
