Here is what you do:
Move to San Diego County. Find a homeowner who is underwater in their mortgage payments. Pay them to sign the mortgage over to you. Bring the home current, then sell it if you can get at least double what you paid the former owners. If not, refinance it with better terms and rent it. Use the equity to get a loan and do all of the above again, and again, and again.
Then you can hang out on FR all day and chase loose women in the evenings with me. (oh yeah, you are married, sorry.)
Oh, that's all I need. Pay $1 million for a double wide trailer on a tenth of an acre and watch the rest of my money get confiscated to pay for some homeless drug addict program in San Francisco. No thanks man. We panned out about 4 cents worth of pure gold today, and with a little more work we'll have the Jeep paid off by the time the kids retire.
In the meantime, I'm having enough fun dressing up as Batman and chasing my wife all over the bedroom. I don't need any loose women.
