Well, it looks to me like the House voted on this. This is not a directive from Bush.
Last time I looked, the House of Representatives speaks for us, the governed.
WE wanted this. Maybe they heard.
Here's to believing in our county. Which, by the way I still do.
But, remember, the Republicans in the House of late have only acted when President Bush stiffened their collective spines with a well-placed boot up their collective butts!
