Some employers in Ca. seeking to fill management positions require that candidates, as one of their mandatory prerequisites, be fluent in both English and Espanol.
Why don't they also demand either Pelosi, Feinstein or Boxerrrrrrrrrrrrr, give their seats to them (illegals, that is)?
