Look, my husband and I just had a discussion about wind turbines on the Texas coast and he's not worried about the birds either. He just thinks it's totally unessasary, unsightly and ridiculous. It looks like they make money...so more power to them. Austin is getting a decent percentage of its power from wind. It's relatively free anyway.
