Well its progress. I for one want something to what Bush is proposing with tough border controls like in the house bill. More importantly I want the money to back it up and not some legislation that is not funded.
How is it progress that our federal government has willfully and intentionally allowed our country to be invaded by 20 million illegal aliens by ignoring existing laws only to turn around and make some new ones that they will also choose to ignore?
What they'll do is put both amnesty and border enforcement in the bill, TALK about the border enforcement, but only FUND the amnesty part.
