When she saw the picture of Finnerty, her emotions were overwhelming. According to the investigator's notes, her "eyes were pooling with tears" as she described in graphic detail how Finnerty had allegedly raped her.I wouonder if here eyes were welling for another reason. I'm beginning to suspect that all he had time to do was insult her "character" in a racially derogatory way.
