He has done nothing in his second term with the issue of homosexual marriage.

Because Tom DeLay told him there's no support for it in the House, which is where a constitutional amendment would have to originate.

Many Republicans are reluctant to propose constitutional amendments. That's just the way it is.

It is just unbelieveable to me that this would be a deciding issue at this critical time in the WOT.

Not to mention that 36 states have now banned homosexual marriage and those that haven't are either going to or will become a magnet for gays.
