That's completely untrue. The President has for the most part kept his promises. That fact that some are upset he hasn't changed his position on guest workers is their problem, not his.
To accuse the President of breaking promises is unfair. He didn't promise to seal the borders.
Keeping the borders secure shouldn't be the topic of campaign promises. The Chief law enforcement officer of the country should just do it because it's his duty.
