I'm surprised we're still allowed to call it "Mothers' Day"! Pretty soon it'll be "Legal Guardian of One or More Children, While not Restricted to Sexual Orientation, Gender, Etc...Day"
I wonder if that's what they celebrate in San Francisco.
But seriously, what's going to happen to the poor adopted kids whose parents are both male or both female?

There is another bill in the legislature somewhere in California to ban the terms "mother" and "father" for the very reason stated in the article.
