Who do we talk to regarding the definition of "asault weapon"?
If it ain't FULLY AUTOMATIC, it AIN"T an asault weapon!
assault weapon is one of the terms MSM uses to demonize a style of gun. its in the same class as "cop killer" bullets, "saturday night specials" "sniper rifles" etc. its a generic term used to sound similar to the assault rifle (assault rifle being a rifle or carbine with select fire) and is based solely on looks and/ or capacity of a gun rather than functionality.
so assault weapon can be anything from a tec9, to an AR, to a rem. 1100, to a 1911.
