Copperfield told Page Two he pulled out all of his pockets for Riley to see he had nothing ...other than a fifteen foot long multi-colored scarf. At which point he was shot.

Florida has a 10-20-life minimum sentencing for robberies committed with a hand gun. Use a gun 10 years minimum. If you shoot someone while robbing them it's 20 years minimum. Kill someone while robbing them life. Hope the cell phone was worth it.
