In my opinion the best strategy is to strengthen the GOP position in the House and allow the GOP position in the Senate to be weakened by ridding it of a few RINO's. It wouldn't be neccessary to completely lose the majority in order to send the proper message to the GOP.

I can almost agree with that in that also, our Senate has become a quasi-house of Lords. I think we can accomplish this without, however, ridding our side of a power base in a house of government. Frankly, let's just have term limits.

Term limits is a thought, although those that would have to establish them are also those who would be most opposed.
