I lived on the west side (Chico and Auburn, across from the little octagonal house) for over eight years.You have to get a tough skin there and give back better than you get. I had a "Welcome U.S. Navy" sticker on my car most of the time and never had any trouble. I also had a little picture of my beautiful Browning 9mm Practical on each side of the car and a little disclaimer saying:
"This is the gun you will be shot with if you mess with this car"
Wonder if that had anything to do with never getting keyed.
