Actually, just stating a fact -- Bush ordered that we stop diverting oil to the SPR to increase supply. Pretty certain that it has happened already and may be affecting supply concerns.
Ok, ok... Seems an ok, reasonable move, to momentarily curtail rebuilding reserve supplies. Supplies of both crude and refined are up...but prices of crude remain high. For whatever reasons.
Not exactly a buyers market, for the time being.
Never thought I'd be missing the days of $50 bbl. (do I hear $35? no? $37? no...$39---we'll take it!)
