Inland Valley Daily Bulletin Inaccurate
(05/09/2006)Statement Todays report by the Inland Valley Daily Bulletin, U.S. tipping Mexico to Minuteman patrols, is inaccurate. Border Patrol does not report activity by civilian, non-law enforcement groups to the Government of Mexico. During a detention of a legal or illegal immigrant that produces an allegation of improper treatment, Border Patrol reports the allegation and allows the appropriate consulate to interview the individual in custody.
This is consistent with the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations of 1963 that provides consular access to foreign nationals being detained by a foreign government. This is the same agreement that protects United States citizens when they travel to foreign countries.
U.S. Customs and Border Protections Border Patrol continues to appreciate the efforts of civilians who contact law enforcement authorities regarding suspicious activity.
Will be interesting to see how this pans out over the next few days. Both sides are saying they're right.
I could say that about Gilchrist who was suppose to do an interview on my local radio after this statement from the BP came out .. he was a no show
Follow him around this forum and you will see it on a regular basis
It's hard to know just how patriotic anyone is, but I try to stick to basics.
1. God
2. Family
3. Country
Anything beyond that is background noise :)
Smear smear smear your sh*t, gently down the screen...
Bushbot: these are conservatives who cannot think of six new reasons why to hate the President by noon each day. Many of them have issues that they don't agree with the President on but that doesn't matter.
Real Conservatives: These are people who can think of six new reasons to hate the President by noon each day. They are typically angry third party types who haven't forgiven the nation for not voting in their last candidate...and for laughing at them.
True Conservatives: these people think "Real Conservatives" are too easy on the President. They regularly channel the founding fathers and wear camouflage to protect themselves from the black helicopters.
Sounds good to me. :)
Not sure I understand. Care to help me out a bit? :)
I don't come to this forum to bash him, I seriously doubt he is a FReeper
Pssst. I'm still wondering if you read the original article.
Yep
Lol that pretty much sums it up.
LOL! (507)
That is the way the last article that was posted to this thread read to me...
Just notifying a consulate...NOT ratting out the Minutemen's whereabouts.. not that they aren't hard to find...it isn't like they are hiding or anything.
That sounds like every time I've tried tuning into his show and listening. I can only take about five minutes of it before changing channels. He sure has come a long ways from his infomercial days hawking herbal remedies...he was a lot more calm then.
Sounds like ya' just can't win for losing!
P.S. I am a 3rd party type, but not an angry one. More of a realist who just wants to see a bright future for our great nation.
OMG, That is so spot on :-)
Right/sarc
Because I don't tow the line I'm a disrupter, what a hoot you are.
Did you read post # 365?
In fact, it's been denied.
I can deny my name is pat brown, but that wouldn't make it true.
Uh-huh.
