Considering you don't see much other than everybody living miserably except Stacy Keach and Ms. know-it all Doc (having power and drinking Red Wine while all is going to hell around her). I do really wonder what the hell the film was going for?
In short, it's a dog of a movie. I kept repeating..."Rioting, Civil Disorder and Cops walking off the jobs? Where are the armed citizenry?"
