Not at all. I am quite sure that the VAST majority of CBP bureaucrats are democrats.......which explains why the CBP is passing this info off to the Mexican Government. Let's not forget that it was socialist democrats that gave us Motor Voter, opening the door for illegal alien vote fruad and it was socialist democrats that defeated immigation reform propositions (via the courts) in California and Arizona.
