Not true - I want an increase in legal immigration and guest worker program - then we will have a real chance of getting closer to ZERO illegal immigration.

Respectively, I ask you this question:

If our current immigration laws are not enforced by our gov't, nor are they respected by the "incoming," why would we have reason to believe that a guest worker program and more laws that support "legal" immigration" will lead to....ZERO illegal immigration?

Millions of aliens have been exiled just since Bush took office - so I disagree with your premise - if hypothetically no immigration laws were being enforced by our gov't, nor were they being respected by the "incoming," there would be less reason to believe that a guest worker program and more laws that support "legal" immigration" will lead to....ZERO illegal immigration. There's been a 64% increase in Border Patrol funding since 9/11 - imagine how well the Border Patrol could do their job if they only terrorists and other criminals were coming over.
