That would depend on if an agent of the US government is using traffic camera to inform a foreign entity about the movements of US citizens. As I said a US government agent informing a foreign agent regarding the activities and movements of US citizens is high treason against the constitution.

That being said, no I don't like traffic cameras. They are just another example of creeping tyranny.
